How it works

From Digital Campaigns to Business Opportunities.

Four stages take a campaign from a written lead definition to delivered leads and a review of how they performed.

The four-step process

  1. Define the Audience

Determine the industry, target market, geography, lead definition and your requirements as a buyer. These are written into the campaign specification before any advertising runs.

  2. Generate Consumer Inquiries

Use approved paid advertising and online forms to collect consumer inquiries for the campaign. Each form carries disclosures that match how the information will be used.

Campaign performance depends on targeting, advertising costs, audience response and other factors. Volumes are not guaranteed.

  3. Apply Qualification and Distribution Rules

Evaluate each inquiry against the agreed lead criteria, then apply the agreed exclusive or shared arrangement.

The checks used are listed for each campaign. See the table below.

  4. Deliver and Review

Deliver leads using the configured method, then review quality indicators and your feedback to refine the campaign.

Email, CRM, API and portal delivery are offered only where supported and configured.

Qualification methods

Which checks a lead has been through

"Qualified" can mean different things. Each campaign specification states which of these methods apply, so you know exactly what was checked.

MethodWhat it meansWhat it does not mean
Form-based qualification The consumer answered required questions on the form, such as service needed, ZIP code or timeframe, and only matching answers are accepted. The answers have not been independently confirmed.
Automated checks Software rules applied to submitted data, for example format validation, duplicate detection or geographic matching, as listed for the campaign. A person has not reviewed the lead or spoken to the consumer.
Manual verification A team member reviewed or contacted the lead under a documented procedure. Used only when stated in the campaign specification. It is not part of every campaign. We do not describe a lead as manually verified unless this step actually occurred.
Buyer onboarding

How a new buyer gets started

We review every prospective buyer before any leads are shared. Nothing is delivered until terms are agreed and the delivery method has been set up and tested.
