Lead quality & transparency

Know What You're Buying.

Clear lead criteria and documented distribution arrangements protect buyers and consumers. Here is what each buyer can expect to understand before and after purchasing.

Buyer visibility

What is documented for each campaign

Where applicable to the campaign, buyers can see the following. The buyer agreement and campaign specification state exactly which items apply.

Lead source and campaign

The campaign and advertising channel type that produced the inquiry.

Creation date and time

When the consumer submitted the inquiry, recorded with a time zone.

Information supplied

The fields the consumer actually provided, kept separate from anything added later.

Geographic and service criteria

The states, ZIP codes and services the campaign accepts.

Distribution status

Whether the lead is exclusive or shared, and the scope of that arrangement.

Duplicate definition

What counts as a duplicate, and over what period.

Invalid lead definition

The specific conditions that make a lead invalid under your agreement.

Consent records and disclosures

The disclosure version shown to the consumer and any consent records available for the campaign.

Delivery format

The fields, file format and method used to deliver each lead.

Dispute deadlines

How many days you have to submit a dispute and what information to include.

Replacement eligibility

When a disputed lead may be replaced or credited, and the limits that apply.

Sample record

What a delivered lead record can include

The fields delivered depend on the campaign. This example shows the structure only. All values are fictional, and real consumer information is never used in public examples.

Words we use carefully

We do not describe a lead as verified, consented, exclusive, real-time or compliant unless there is evidence supporting that specific claim for that specific lead or campaign.

Handling data securely

We avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information by ordinary email and use access controls, encryption and secure delivery practices suited to the data involved.

We do not display third-party platform logos or claim official partnerships with CRM or software providers.
